To win the war against Bevelle Yu Yevon made a kind of protective shield around himself -- Sin -- out of the dead people of Zanarkand, who sacrificed themselves and turned into Fayth. He used Sin to defeat Bevelle, but destroyed Zanarkand in the process. So he makes the Fayth dream of Zanarkand before the destruction.
well if Tidus is the dream of the Fayth wouldn't that also make his dad Jecht a dream of the Fayth thus making the sin at the time a dream also but if Jecht isn't a dream wouldn't that then mean Tidus & him not related?
Well, just because his dad is a dream doesn't make him any less real when the Fayth are dreaming. And if the fayth stop dreaming Sin will disappear anyway since they are the ones who made Sin in the first place regardless of whether the host is a dream or not.
yes but the problem is what if the characters who did there voices were small fdat and ugly... and so if they needed top class actors it wouldnt be the same voices but i still agree i would WELL watch it
guys if there's a movie i would do anything to watch it would be final fantasy X ( played the game, know the story and love it) and if you agree how about do a petition and send it to the company so they do the movie. at least let them know we really want it...

Though it's a great video, I have to point out that Tidus wasn't drawn a thousand years into the future. He was merely a dream, created by the fayth who gave their lives a thousand years ago. He is a recreation of Shuyin (FFX-2), only without the anger and pain at the death of Lenne. His coming to Spira was due to Jecht (the current Sin), wanting his son to have a chance at REAL life, as well as putting an end to his pain.
Anyway, I love your choice of music. This vid is going into my faves.
You have a great point, and I knew most of that (not ALL of it, even though I love that game! ^^; I'm not or anything, but I can't ruin it for the watchers, right? It IS a trailer after all :3 Thanks for you input ^-^
