@thecritic2007 Sin Cara Blue is portrayed by Luis Urive Alvirde. The man formerly known as "Mistico" in the mexican wrestling promotion, CMLL. Alvirde is the man who debuted the "Sin Cara" character the night after WrestleMania.

If you never followed his career in CMLL, then I suggest you look at some footage from his days there. He does sport blonde hair occasionally. The reason he dyed his hair that way is to let the people at home which guy he is.
