  • hey thanks for the comment, i think I will get 100lbs unfortunately this gym does not have 100lbs, i might buy a pair of db handles and add free weights to them

  • That's a workout! Those will definitely help get you conditioned.You said you would try 80 x 1? If you're doing 70 x 10, I think you can hit at least 95 x 1.
