  • C'est beau, mais je préfère les voix d'enfants pour cette pièce. Allez écouter "Maîtrise de Nîmes"

In paradisum ou le "cantique de Jean Racine"

    Un pouce vert !

  • If you have tuberculosis, don't go to the concert. Fuck, man!!!!!!

  • I was looking for this music because it was used for the opening scenes in the movie, The Thin Red Line. What an absolutely beautiful piece of music and this version is so much better than the other ones I have come across on YT. Thanks very much for posting this.

  • Yes Ann, I'm not a music expert, just a music lover, so I was delighted to see your comment about the Japanese voices, i totally agree with you.

  • As well as the heavenly music, isn't it wonderful to hear Japanese voices singing so delicately and with the right pronunciation. A lesson for some of even the best English choirs.

  • The conductor seems to really feel this music, absolutely heavenly

  • The bass is what makes this song.

  • @sk80soarus That, and the organ/harp arpeggios, creates a certain "staircase to heaven" effect in my own opinion...

  • This truly touches my heart. . .

  • Hello!

I invite all of you to hear the beautiful In Paradisum from the Portuguese Composer Jorge Salgueiro!

I hope you enjoy and apreciate!

    :-D

  • This is done right, the recording is not very good

  • i adore this song SO MUCH! And the passion and sensitivity of the conductor, just made it even more beautiful! *sighs*

    :)
