Try adding a head or more of romaine lettuce to your banana smoothies with water or some coconut water, it's very good :), I recommend not blending bananas for too long, they taste different if they are blended too long, well, I'm pretty sure you know that already :) Take care, Peace <3

  • seems like too much fruits / sugar on your diet ... no raw cacao? no protein, like quinoa?

    There is a sufficient amount of protein in the proper aount of sweet fruits. If you do the math based on calorie you will see that my diet is well fortified with amino acids(protein) although it may seem a bit low in terms of the outrageous protein RDA's of the commercially driven dietetic world. Grains/starches are not acceptable to the digestive system of humans. Starch is stored sugar and easy to overeat. Sugar is our fuel

  • @hopesolofan18 Nope. Seeds are usually commercially dried and are very high in fat. They would be sensually unappealing in a natural frugivorous environment. Dark leafy greens are high in alkaloids (posions) and also not as appealing as the sweeter more succulent veggies and non-sweet fruits

  • @TheLiveFoodist: really? no hemp seeds? I thought they were perfectly composed of all the nutrients necessary for a healthy human diet. and what about Goji berries, are they good or no?
