@StormsMusic In sweden morian has a meaning, first of all it's a last name, i pressume it's the same thing in finland. Because the morian-family came from finland in the first place. So no i doubt they just took it because everything else was taken.

There is no explanation as to why they are called Morian, it could be some deep meaning or it could have just been because it sounded cool and no one else used it, as I said in the beginning. I "Lashed" out at you because you seemed to have it all laid out for yourself, you have a lot more understanding of the name "Morian" Then anyone else here, so why ask us?

@Draugoul My problem is that I answered your question with a joke (Which was true.) And apparently you couldn't just take the damned joke and had to be serious. They probably did what a bunch of other people did and heard the word "Morian," Googled it to see if it was taken, and when it wasn't they named themselves that. There's no proof to this, there's nothing in their biography that says otherwise. So no one knows but them, and I can almost guarantee you that's the answer.

Whoever is responsible for having Morian change the way this song is from the one released on their website a while ago, needs to be fired. You don't mess with perfection and that's exactly what happened here. The video is great, but the song has changed a lot.
