I'm sorry, I know you were just trying to show us how it works but I couldn't stop laughing at some stuff you said like when you tasted it and said 'right forgot sugar' lol It was hilarious. Thank you now I might go and get me one cause i use the same brand of tea you do and i hate using my stove to make my tea cause it takes for ever to cool down to where I can touch it to make it.
@FemaleAlpha18 Yup, I did it on the stovetop until I was given this. The tea is good to drink almost immediately; but it's much better if you let it sit for a day.
I just place my loose tea in my Braun Coffeemaker, and let it drip! I have done this for many years. Why spend extra money for a contraption that does everything the same but chill the tea? Is it THAT necessary to rush for the cold beverage-why were ice cubes invented??? I've saved money this way, others should.
@tsilb AHHH that is OK then! Can you make coffee in it? I put the loose tea in the coffee filter, and put tea bags in the pot to steep as the hot water comes down.
this guy is hilarious very good at showing how to use this thing

@JSneaker Because it was a gift and I don't have a coffeemaker.

@JSneaker I don't see why not; it still deals with high temperatures and is designed for coffee filters.
Honestly, before this, I just made my tea on the stovetop. Somehow the tea this makes is drinkable much sooner.

I have this maker, and love it. Good video.

Great home video. I wish my (pink colored) TM70 series had come with better instructions. They don't even tell you how many tea bags to use.
