  • Try to not stick your butt out like you do in this video. Keep your back straighter. Otherwise it's a kinda high possibility that you might injure yourself.

  • Pushups are the hardest things..at 1:15 I still need to push on my thumb & fist to help push.

  • Yeah they are really good for the fingers and after fingerpushups ywhen the fingers are hurting its a very good feeling to make fistpushups

  • @ 1:56, that's hard & new o_O. Finger push ups are already tough when done slow T_T. Definitely a fave, 'cause some push ups you showed are new =D. Will include in my training routine =D. I might lose the dumb bells because of this XD. Fave =D!
