Disperse is a teleport effect... But you can add an element like lighting better... Like lightning or fire, still it's a good effect!

Go View, Animation Properties, and then type in the number of milliseconds the frame should take up. Example, 1 is really fast, 100 is really slow

Well, it depends. I dont like doing pivot cause the lack of effects you have to search for stks etc. I like the draw my animations. So in my opinion Pivot sucks. (I know its wierd cause my name is PivotKid)

BUT doing pivot is easier and to be a good pivoteer you should be able to make your own sticks... no offense... tho it is hard to make good effects, you just have to use good sticks

with pivot, you can make great fluent animations quickly... unless you want many items on the screen at once (fire,smoke,clouds ,slash marks, explosions, food, ect...)because you have to construct them all, or want more curves. in that case easy toons is better for that, but it's more time consuming & is pixely (i like pixely). i switched to easy toons.

That looks like a pretty basic version of flash. So why not just use flash? I used some of your techniques and they look pretty cool in flash too. 5/5 :)

Flash is not free(unless you know some serial breaking, but eztoon is free.

I would say flash is difficult to use, the one thing you need is knowledge of keyframes, and maybe onion skinning. I know about Action Script now, and I'm using that *all* the time :D

you might have to record it using hypercam or camstudio, you record it then drag into mvmker

When you save it save it as (dot)gif then you can load it into moviemaker. Remember to still make a regular easytoon save incase u need to fix something.
