  • Bardzo ładne wykonanie ;)

arturm75 Greetings from the Chopin's homeland

  • Love, I'm trying to learn this at the moment, 13 years old.

  • Good Job. You should check your time with a metronome. Just do a run through and see if you can keep up with the recommended metronome marking of 126 - 138. That is what my version says it is. My version is in Introduction to Chopin or something like that. The song is set in Allegretto though. Probably my favorite waltz though. Good job anyways. It was fluent and very beautiful.

  • bravissimo! :D I'm working on this piece right now so I came on YouTube to hear it

  • Very nice performance and bravo to you for mastering this piece so quickly! Great job on the middle section. It's not as easy as many think it is!

  • yea something blocked the view. notice that there is a triangular shaped thing at the bottom right of the screen blocking the view, that's not the end of the keyboard.

  • wtf.. your keyboard has 64 buttons and u played the passage with the e kord D: u cant play it on this keyboard, but ok, i hope somebody will see it too xDDD lol

  • you are awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • Czemu ten świetny wykonawca jest anonimowy?

  • how does he play the high notes. he's missing that octave of the piano...

  • @Outie1179 he's camera is standing on a platform, that platform overlay that part of the piano :)

    you are welcome

  • @ChristopheSterkens Oh i see what your talking about! thanks again. I got a bit confused

  • pieknie

  • I wish i could lose memory so that i could listen to this piece for the first time...

  • First of all the ultimate proof of not being fake: 00:59 where he makes a little mistake by hitting the cis.

    Second: nice playing :)

Third: I learned the piece but keep having trouble with the "~~~" (if u know what I mean) especially in the 1:12 - 1:50 part.. any tips?

  • Great ! Got a romantic feel !

  • WTF people talk about fake? This sound is pianolike of the keyboard, and about the last key:you can see that the other keys are cover by sth(maybe the corner of a table). And he;s not fake anything,i learn piano so i know what his fingers playing so stop saying he;s fake, cant fake a piano playing with a camera top view like this

  • if you watch really good to this video you can see that it isnt a fake. I can see o the right side a mistake of the recording, There you can see a darkening, Beacouse of thtat i think it is a mistake of the camera! It is played very well !

  • Comment removed

  • This is definitly fake! This is sound of piano not keybord!

  • you play wonderful :D

    PERFECT : )

  • woah! 2 years! impressive!

  • Beautiful and perfect with nice feeling !

  • Very beautiful

  • I like this one better. cubusdk's digital reverb is like aural syrup.

  • This song made me realize the harmful addiction which kept me from enjoying god's gift of life.

  • dearist Pianist, regardless of weather you had two keyboards ha ha, or one with 88 keys, I have no words to express my amazement of your beautiful interpretation. Thanks, so much for sharing, you are amazing. I can't see your fingers, I can only hear the beauty of your unique tallent, and I feel that is enough for me. Thanks so much, I comend you for it and keep it up! BRAVISIMO!

  • GREAAAAT!!

  • This piece is amazing! i didn't know an epiano could sound like this... but why the high notes are hidden???

  • ups 0:58 , xD well neally perfect

  • That was amazing!!! It was actually perfect! Im learning this piece but its nothing close to this...

  • Too slow!!

  • Mounting, Mounting ,Mounting!!!

  • Thank you for sharing. I think the waltz is lovely played and I agree with this rather slow tempo. Thank you for the link with the score too !

    Florence from France

  • bravo ..very very nice playing.your tempo and right hand are excellent..your piano is Casio Privia 310 i guess right?

i had same piano2 years agowhich has nice sound but it was defficult to play on it fast pieces like Liszts pieces.example La campanella and Hungarian Rhapsody 2.

  • You play this perfectly. As I said before, this is the music I wish to hear during the last 2 and a half minutes of my life.

  • well i play this song too..but i dont sound very well HA!

    congratulations !

    beautiful song really

...watch my video please and say something to me to help me to play better..

sorry my english,it's not very well i think XD

  • fantastic play! =) i like it!

  • I want this version for my mp4! Did you have it?? (sorry for my english, i speak spanish!)

  • na fortepianie ładniej brzmi :) pretty :*

  • boring...

  • i wonder where your hands went on 0:40 ? (no offense) =]

great piece ! chopin is really one gifted man ^^

    ~ music lover !

  • This video isn't fake. Observe--have you ever seen a keyboard where the highest key was F sharp?

  • Comment removed

  • @aubreyprosper1994 Oh wait, you are speaking sarcastically, lol. But yes, it´s obvious, look at the speakers man, they continue on, there´s like a table covering the keys or something due to the camera angle or whatever.

  • @aubreyprosper1994 But look at 0:50 - 0:51 . The player play higer than F. I think that something just blocks the view.

  • Beautiful. You sir might have just inspired me to take up playing the piano.

  • Thanks for posting this and keeping it up. It's my favorite and I come back periodically to listen. You do it right!

  • beautiful bravooo!! :D

    chopin♥

  • @aannggeelliikkaaa can u teach me how to put hearts in comments?

  • its amazing jow u can make a keyboard sound so amazing!!

  • Bravo

  • Great job!

  • fake.

  • Fuck 25 people who disliked this!!!

Im the Mozarts fan but , this Waltz is the most amazing i ever heard.

So i changed my mind and now i love Chopin more than Mozart. :))) xP

  • Flawless

  • I love your interpretation! And that superb digital piano of urs has a very mellow sound =]

  • Comment removed

  • the mood of this melody seems different to most of Chopin's works -it only sounds like Chopin to me at 1.20 and 1.45

  • You play all the best Chopin pieces, and with the right amount of restriction on the trills and dynamics etc. Great.

  • too faast..

  • @Ohadlevi8000 Is that sarcasm? i thought it was rather slow

  • just amazing performance, one of the best of this piece :)))

  • Beautiful! I hadn't heard this piece before.

  • wonderful playing...try to cover the entire keyboard on camera...

  • each hand should be usefull:), v. good timbre!

  • great :) and not one note is false!

  • @Kadda1454 at 1:02 ;)

  • ahahahahahahaha

  • very nice

  • It Could be played a little bit faster to show the simple but fluent melody of the piece.

  • A beautiful symphony ..

Sometimes it is necessary to listen to, something like that!

  • kien me pasa la partitura

  • C'est maitrisé, propre :) ça fait plaisir d'entendre une version "amateur" qui soit bonne ^^

    merci

  • Awesome!! Very lovely!

  • only 2 years and so good!??

  • wow that's amazing. this is my favorite Chpoin piece. Great Job!

  • Congratulations I am trying to learn this song (with difficulty) I barely one year of piano (without teacher) and I'd be very happy to play like you in a year or two. What is the brand of your keyboard? and what equipment do you use for recording? Excuse me for my broken English I'm French. I hope to put this song on youtube in two or three weeks.

  • @MrGleg Yamaha CLP-230 + The Steinberg Cubase / Grand Piano 2 VSTi

  • @arturm75 Oh i though it was a casio :)

    looks like mine

  • @MrGleg

Actually your English is not bad

  • @MrGleg same here with the no teacher and the learning

  • Nice piece, and nice interpretation. Continue =)

  • Amazing brilliant magical ---> sounds

  • I like your performance! It's expressive and beautiful. And it is quite impressive after only 2 years of learning the piano.

  • wow hahaha people think someone would take the time to put their fingers in all the right places and NOT play? what would be the point? lol. but listening to this relieved some stress for sure.thanks!

  • Stop saying this is a beautiful job.

This is a beautiful fraud job.

Anybody who knows anything about this piece of music will see there are insufficient octaves on that keyboard for the higher notes.

    KEY BOARD KAROAKE

  • @superwhooper69

thats because you didnt see that the brown edge of the cabinet covers the rest of the keyboard!!!

  • @superwhooper69

It isn't a fraud, two things that can confirm that.

1 - he makes a mistake at around 1:00 whare you can even see his mistake.

2 - you can see some slight color difference by the edge of the keyboard, where there is a bit browner shade on that square than that of the keyboard. and also he plays all the keys at the excact time as you hear it... thats nr3 :P it isnt fake

  • good point, BUT there are insufficient octaves on that keyboard for the higher octave notes, therefore in my opinion i say it's a fake.

But that doesn't mean he doesn't know how to play this piece.

He still knows how to play it, it's just that he put the real recorded version on the final product of this video.

  • Very Beautiful job...I was learning this piece, but I moved on to Op.69 No.2. Wonderful interpretation, you sound just like Chopin would have. One thing though, like with many Chopin pieces, at the repeats through out the song, don't stop and think of it as a restart (when you repeat at the beginning). Blend them together. Think of it as....he didn't want to write it again, so he put a repeat.

  • Wspaniale!!!!!! Gratuluję umiejętności, a przede wszystkim ogromnego wyczucia.

  • Very nice!! :))))

  • Very very very good, great sensybility and amazing piano sound! What's the piano mark?

    however, great again!

  • i am learning this by myself (with no formal training in piano at all) and failing tragically. i shall use this video as reference for the fingering!

  • My friend, that was absolutely beautiful. I was actually shocked to see how simple the actual score was, your playing made it seem so much....richer. Awesome job.

  • I like this piece I want to learn it now:) you played it brilliantly especially since you've only started

  • nice performance and the piano sounds very nice too!

  • @arturm75, thanks a lot for the posting! It's an awesome performance! Is it you playing?

  • @Bluebell340 I think so :)

  • Dzięki za wyczerpujące informacje. Jak byłem w wojsku to sobie w wolnym czasie to grałem.

A może nagrałeś samo audio w swoim wykonaniu?

  • Very nice interpretation! The rubato is very well done - it sounds natural and it conveys well the feelings of the piece. I also play this waltz, and I still need a lot of work before playing it that fluently (though I also have been playing for 2 years)! Keep up the good work!

  • the upper octaves was covered by some brown square thing, Some people actually thought that this is a fake video.... Nice playing btw ! thanks for sharing.

  • Wonderful ! you're great!

  • Frederic Chopin...

I dunno. I like Debussy better.

  • lol what a fag comment you cant compare human and god

  • but he's not comparing he's just saying he preferes Debussy

  • Sure you can, god isn't real.

  • @gunz300 God is real.. Good luck on judgement day :)

  • Because I prefer French Impressionist piano than a Russian waltz pianist legend? Get your head out of your ass.

  • um.... hehe ... not to ruin the validity of your argument... but Frederic Chopin was Polish... and he spent most of his time in France...and also Chopin's father was french...Also this piece was found posthumous, and is also debatable if it even was Chopin's waltz, so if you judged Chopin from this piece, i suggest you listen to some other Chopin pieces ^^

  • @0blacone Hmm, I knew he was Polish, but at the time, Poland was under Russian control. I think. I'm too lazy to look it up XD

But thanks for the info. I like Chopin, I just like Debussy better. I'm still curious at how that makes me a fag ^.^

  • @Nutterbutterz95 I don't think I called you a fag, but if you are talking about vbatuhan's comment, thats just him being ... :O stupid :O - I like Debussy a little, however I prefer Chopin and Rachmaninoff :D

  • I like it the way you played - very musical and emotional, it gives life to the piece :) Bravo!

  • seggui el enlace desde un foro, me encanta F Chopin y este vals es hermoso, ojala y podamos intercambiar gustos un saludo desde San Cristobal, Chiapas, Mexico

  • Eh, where does your hand go disapear 00:39?

  • @KingMbeki Lol yea.....

  • @KingMbeki

lol yeah I noticed that too! I don't think the audio is of his actual playing...he just wants to show he can do it I guess :P

  • as you can see , the camera shows only 5 octaves of the 7 ..the rest (upper octaves are not seen)

  • i think there's a piece of table that covers hand and piano

  • @Angel94angel94:

Yeah, it's probably part of whatever he set the camera on. I can assure you he's playing it though, he's hitting all the write keys at all the write moments. The sound is exactly on time with the key-presses. I've played this piece in the past as well and this guy is definitely playing it.

  • yes in my opinin is the best interpretation on the web but it seems you thought i was saying he didn't play the right notes...i wasn't saying that, i know he did hit the right notes, i was just saying that we can't see his hand because it's covered by a piece of table...

  • @Angel94angel94:

LOL sorry you're right about that, I didn't mean to come off that way to you. I had just already scrolled through a lot of nasty comments by other people saying it's fake etc. by the time I found yours and I guess I just had all of those going through my head too much when I was responding for whatever reason. Sorry for any confusion. =P

  • @KingMbeki

It looks like the camera is on top of a ledge and the edge of it is cutting off the last couple of keys.

  • @KingMbeki It's being blocked from view by a table thats probably holding up the camera. Look closely. It is a full sized keyboard.

  • @KingMbeki Its a fake!!! ha ha

  • @KingMbeki Dude, think. Or at least count the keys. First of all he hit really high notes so his piano must have 88 keys. And notice the symmetry of the piano, the right side doesn't look complete right? So that part must have blurred out due to something.

  • increible

nada mejor que el romance de chopin

  • Very beautiful

  • perfect

  • Very good you play well!!

  • awesome

  • It is so funny to read such comments so many times... Try googling for camera angle :)))

  • How about you look a little closer to the bottom right and you'll see something is blocking the camera's view of the upper octaves. He has the camera on a shelf or something. These comments are getting annoying...

  • You're a bit dumb, aren't you? :)

@arturm75: Nice playing man, I love this piece!

  • Comment removed

  • jerk, haha

  • @superwhooper69 - You idiot. There's a freaking table blocking the view of the upper 2 octaves. It was probably put there to hold the camera. Look closely, you can see the brown color (it would be black if it was the end of the keyboard). And due to the exact syncopation of video with audio it would be impossible to "mime" it so perfectly.

  • where i can get piano shets please tell me!

  • Where did you get this piano sheet? Thanks!!

  • Excellent *****

  • This is such a beautiful piece, and its beauty is only accentuated even more by your lovely interpretation. It makes me want to fall in love again.

Thanks so much for uploading this song.

  • great job! love chopin and making parodies of chopin's music!

  • Beautifully played! thank you for uploading

  • Really nice job!

Not to be a snob but I can just imagine how much better it would sound on a non-electric piano :-)

Still, top job for someone who has only been playing for a short while. It is my favorite piece to play.

  • i ja się uczę ;) tzn. ćwiczę bo się niby już nauczyłem.

  • Ładne wykonanie! :) Trafiłam tu przypadkiem i co się okazało? Polska wita. ;) Też uczę się tego walca, ale jeszcze kawałek drogi przede mną.

    Beautiful performance! Bravo!

  • arturm75 jest z Polakiem , wiec po kiego grzyba piszesz gratulacje po angielsku .... -.-

  • just.......beautiful!

  • Wait, ho did you play he high notes if the keyboard cuts off????????

  • theres more keys then is on the video, its cut off, have the same piano so...

  • the piano is not cut off, there is a book or something in front of the lens

  • its cut off from view what i wanted to say

  • no estas tocando tu o si? o por que en una parte se ve que n ote alcanza el piano y no tocas?

  • Se ve así porque la cámara no alcanza a enfocar las octavas superiores, fíjate bien y lo podrás ver

  • learning this now... hope I can play the whole thing eventually

  • good job,but the piano keys had no weight.

sound is good. have you using VSTI?

  • you are amazing at trills,

    i couldn't find even one mistake !

  • THATS NOT A SONG
