  • nice one ;)

  • i usually like to go longer on the negative part but good explosion .

  • Great! Great! Great form! I love it. Brings back lots of good memories old friend.

  • Jesus! You were going off. Im considering going to weighted chins soon. The tendons in my hands still hurt but I need to be at one with cold hard steel again. Im shredding my back in the gym just doing seated row lawnmowers and lat pulldowns. I mean getting super sore. I'm growing, so I suppose I am doing what matters. By the way, I'm pessing 5x5-225 without a spotter. Im the strongest I have ever been on bench. I weigh 106kg.

  • keep your arm bent, this is fake!

  • i wonder how much the plate would weigh without those fucking holes

  • he is showing off and he is cheating....grats

  • no, of course not. when you work out you rip muscle fibers. it is them healing that makes you stronger. so it takes time

  • do you think you can change your body in one week by going crazy and working out hardcore for 115 hours in 1 week?

  • That grip is not far off but I think everyone makes the mistake sometimes of placing the thumb under instesad of over, the thumb should be over really, but it doesn't make a difference to how many chins I can do so I forget to do it too.

  • lol those are pull ups but this is still impressive cause pull ups are harder than chin ups

  • when you can chin 5 times that, then put on youtube...

  • impressed

  • im 15, i could hardly do 1 when i were 14 in february, last time i trained was in November i think now, i could do 10 chins then, (B.day was in october too) I got grip as wide as from shoulder to shoulder, and i use same grip as him. can anyone tell me if that is good?:P

  • Impressive video id lose the chin flick thing though doubt that would do your neck any good and to im a human beeing you can use a variety of grips i prefer a close underhand grip as its most comfortable its a good idea to keep changing aswell as this will work any less muscles and keep your body working

  • stronger than you look. Not bad, not great form but still impressed.

  • Very very good. You're so powerful :)

  • good at the start. worse at the end .. but still pretty good

  • Good job.

  • mann ppl cant tell a diffrence between chin ups n pull ups.. do sum research.. diz are pull ups!!

  • these are chin ups

You can see his chin going over the bar.

  • Wow... he means pullups as in the palm is facing away from you and chinups are where your palm face you. Pullups are harder.

  • good

  • Actually phenom having a very wide grip doing pull ups is bad for you.

  • why is it bad for you?

  • I'd like to know that as well (if there's any truth to it).

  • A friend of mine (90kg) does the same thing but with 50kg.

The first time i saw him do it, i thought hes a cyborg xD

  • @michal7187 i know ur comments 2 years ago lol...but is your mate really big???or smal?

  • @spartan1893 He is about -20 cm lower than me ( I am 186 cm). But, he is about 2-5 kg heavier than me. He's not ripper, but he's really strong. The higher You are the more trouble You will have while training. It's na fact.

  • @michal7187 o ok thanks

  • well done!

  • u aint around 215 lbs no way

  • jesus! thats something else, its hard enough without extra weight

  • Working on my heaves for 3 months but still can't do 1, LOL! Coz I'm 110kg and tall and lanky its impossible, i hate u guys :)

  • ^_^ I had the same thing with push-up's.

Iam 186 cm and 5 years ago my weight was 106. I couldn't make even 1 push-up then.

When i lost 31 kg i started to train, and my PB is now 47.

(still weak for me) I'll try to set a new PB soon :D

  • Those are pulls ups not chin ups.

Pretty good for pull ups except for the head bobbing at the top. I Not so good at weight pull ups, but wieghted chins I'll do 10 at 50lbs. Soon I'll be able to get the one armed chin and will post a video.

  • ffs does it matter?

  • Of course it matters haha.

  • Nice work

  • Wow nice.

  • yep; top job - that's 11 IMHO. pls check out my multiple one arm chins; just click on my name. train hard! cheers.

  • good job keep hitting those bro! wide back in no time

  • There are so many critics on you tube. why not make your own video and post it instead of bad mouthing others.

It is not the critic who counts, not the man who points out how the strong man stumbled, or where the doer of deeds could have done better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena; whose face is marred by the dust and sweat and blood.

    Teddy Roosevelt

  • sux he tries to do more but he can go all the way up!!!

  • Not bad what you weigh and what plate was that? I know how hard the extra weigh makes em.

  • weak i can do more than that..

  • your mother dude.

  • Awesome Pete. Keep up the good work!

  • Pretty bloody good mate. How many bodyweight reps and max weight can you do?
