Canon Rebel XS Photos Vol. 2

I'm only 14, and I have to say these pictures are fantastic.

I'm really interested in photography, would you recommend this to a beginner?

@gabbschuck i think yes , this camera is fantastic for beginner. cheap, small size, easy to use,... if you really know how to make good pics - then this camera is good " enough " for you to do that. i'm 16 now , and i got this one when i was 14 :) i upgraded to 60D now . but with your question : this camera is good for you as your age and for a beginner. or if you got enough money, you should think about Xsi ( 450D ).

Wow! I just ordered my Rebel xs and I've been watching these photos videos and yours is, by far, the best! Did you edit any of these? Anyway, they're beautiful!

I'm an ameteur so no making fun of me, but every time I tried taking my own picture (of myself) it always seems too close and when I set it down some place with a timer they always come out blurry. What am I doing wrong?

Im new to photography and I have a question.. I have a nikon L22 and its pretty good for its price. Im actually suprised by the pics it can take. But when it comes to capturing birds and other wildlife its kinda hard. My main focus in photography is anything wildlife. Mammals, insects, birds, etc. What would be the best type of camera for that kind of stuff?

hey nice photos just a question on night shots i just bought this camera and the 55-250mm lens which i hope is a decent lens im going to vegas in two weeks and i want to take nights shots of the stuff at night like the shows outside and buildings what settings did u use on some of your night shots thanks in advance

Brilliant pictures! Love the night shots! I have ordered this camera and I'm trying to learn as much about it as possible before it gets here. Can you suggest any online reading that might help? ( I am familiar with aperture, shutter speed, f/stop etc )

@SimplyLucid Hmmmm, I mean, it's a very basic entrance model...you can do nice things with it, but for a business...I'd invest a bit more money and get something more pro...and make sure you get a decent lens...:)
