Why don't you ask Etzioni about HIS past as an ISRAELI TERRORIST, and have him explain why HE is out FREE, should he not be convicted and behind bars? Instead of using American public media to spread psychological terror in support of suspending the equality before the law of everyone.

Etzioni believes "due process" and equal treatment before the law are "legal games". He prefers arbitrary and subjective convictions BEFORE the charge, without the trial. Etzioni is Barack Obama's ADVISER AND TRAINER, you are in trouble, AMERICA!

Etzioni's permanent war will permanently suspend all rights. The Presidential candidates owned and operated by the CFR for decades are just like those terrorists who emerge to do their worst, and disappear under the right political label. They are traitors and should be treated as traitors AFTER being CHARGED, TRIED, and CONVICTED, not BEFORE.

they could be innocent people, the military or the government decided to detain or execute for reasons other than protecting the people, such as silencing protesters, or satisfying some sadistic, racist impulse. giving people a fair trial is not about protecting the guilty, but the innocent. if they've been found guilty of terrorism, hang them, but what if they're innocent, and they never recieved a fair trial. then we're guilty of murder.

amitai etzioni is duplicitous. of course no one cares what happens to terrorists, that's not the issue. the problem is, if they don't get a fair trial, we have no means of proving they're terrorists.
