I laugh but its not funny, there are trainers out there doing this. I have been delivering training interventions for twenty years in all those years never has a the sales director of any company ever attended the courses for the sales people. As far as any of these companies are concerned it doesn't seem to matter what is delivered as long as they get their bottom line! Problem is this is what turns off good people to sales!
