  • Ew, Meat is good.

  • how is this recipe healthy? olive oil is good for you but in small amounts and a half a cup for only 4 servings is alot of fat not including the mayo as well.

  • I was watching and wondering if my george grill would work thanx

  • I'm going to try this recipe this week using my George Foreman grill. I'll put the burger on multi-grain buns and instead of the mayo, I may use a vegetarian version of mayo and I'll use one or two tablespoons less olive oil.

  • there needs to be a vegetarian (with some vegan recipes too) show on the footnetwork!

  • @opaljewel Yeah!! There really does.

  • i wanna try that one

  • Finally a real vegetarian meal on the Food Network! (minus the unhealthy mayo and cheese). But why does this woman only take out ONE day a week for vegetarian meals? She's really denying herself the pleasure of vegetarian food.

  • some folks just can`t let go of the beef.

  • vegetarian doesn't translate to healthy.

  • Generally speaking, it does. Of course, you can still be unhealthy as a vegetarian. But there is nothing more unhealthy than saturated animal fats, which you will not find in vegetarian food. Your risk of heart disease is automatically lowered when you become a vegetarian. Period.
