Beginner hand drum lesson #1 with a Remo djembe

Hey man, Nice tutorials! I started to play djembe but somehow got stuck, not getting any flow to my different rhythems. Your technik seems to solve my problem. But I have a question. It seems to me that this technik is pretty limited, I mean one day you will have discovered most of the different variations no? and also, is it only suitable for western kind of "4-beat pop songs" or can you transfer it to what ever you want? Thank you! :-)

What type and finish is the remo djembe exactly? It looks nice!
