Alan keys has some good points, however he is flawed in certain view points such as Imigration and the GOP. If all Libertarian's and Constitutionalists would jus stick to the GOP we would have had a better chance at Ron Paul 08. Now we must look apon other candidates, I will be looking to Chuck Baldwin and Bob Barr who will hopefully see good in the Republican Party.

i disagree. Alan Keyes is awesome, but I'd argue he lacks political skill. He has all the brains and moral strength in the world, but he lacks that mainstream appeal, mainly because he comes off as arrogant and condescending. My Friends and I were actually in attendance of this event in person, He was AMAZING ! As USUAL his analysis was spot on and very perceptive.

Agreed. As Joseph Farah related, "None of the Above." I will be writing in Dr. Keyes myself. Frankly, I was quite disappointed that the CP didn't nominate him. I looked into the record of Rev. Baldwin and although he seems to be a man of character, he doesn't have near the qualifications in my view needed for the presidency (Executive experience, foreign policy experience, military background, etc.). Sounds like Obama's resume, eh? Dr. Keyes is the clear choice for freedom loving Americans!

The election system needs to be reformed in order for people like Dr. Keyes to get in office.

I think we should drop the nomination system and winner takes all executive elections. We should have a panel of candidates throughout the election with the first and second place in voting recieving the President & Vice President appointment respectively.

I have left the Republican Party since there are so few conservatives left in it. I am protesting this fact with my vote on Nov 4 when I pull the lever for Dr. Keyes. This man is a true statesman, scholar, and leader. It saddens me that everyone I talk to, almost without exception, knows little about him.
