forrest didnt beat the shit out of shogun. it was a close fight. forrest was dominating just a little bit. forrest had better stamina. thats what gave him the win. and shoguns injury was much more serious than forest's. he couldn train at all. he couldnt even run. knee injury keeps you away from everything. he gor married 2 weeks before this fight cause he had so much free time. not to even mention that a year earlier he had his elbow broken into half. he still wasnt 100% from that one.

Give Griffin credit. He won and Shogun lost. None of this "on a normal day shogun would kill him" or "shogun was injured." He fought griffin that day and lost. Shogun is a very talented fighter and deserved to be Light Heavyweight Champion but that day Forrest was the better fighter. Even if Shogun KOs Forrest 9 times out of 10, that day Forrest pulled of an upset.
