Huh . funny my husky does the same thing too .

1. get's impatient while waiting for food in less the 5 sec.

2.When i put her food down my husky start's getting hyper and put's her paws on my arm for me to put her food down faster.

That's a cute husky.  I wonder if she's ever knocked the food out of your hands, that's one of our husky's favourite things to try and do for some reason. She'd rather eat off the floor than wait the extra 3 seconds it takes for us to put in on the ground.

Not really. As long as you don't give in it's not hard to train. They are a stubborn breed, so you have to make sure they give in - and not you. It's best to train them as a puppy, as they get more stubborn as they get older. Just time and patience. :)
