Grayscale tracking, and color temperature has nothing to do with the life of the set. Where was this information obtained? The grayscale and white point of a set is made up of the individual Red, Green and Blue contrasts and brightnesses. So why would blue being higher then red and green out of the box decrease the life of the set? The tech also doesn't use the proper terminology when explaining what he does. This shows me that he is trained to do the work, but doesn't truly understand.

Well done video.
Side by side comparison of uncalibrated vrs calibrated displays is very effective. The calibrated display is noticeably better picture quality!
