now why the annoying exhaust? You can have them, it's your liking, but i think that's too much drama and noise if you're gonna go 30 mph in a normal road with traffic. Im gonna fix mines up when I get the money, mines is a 97 SL1

@kinnkilla2 how long are you planning to keep the car? nd how much was it bc if u put exhaust, intake, hell even a turbo kit then u might get to b over the price of what the car is actually worth.

I paid $1000 for my 99 sl1 that had 72,000 wen i got it, nd i prolly am going to have it for a while so i may do an intake and an exhaust system, thats about it for me.

@kinnkilla2 i would love a turbo, but if i do anything more than 2grand into the car, i will just get a Volkswagen GTI R32 or VR6 if i cant find an R32, which has a 3.2L V6 enigne with AWD and a 6spd manual trans and id finance it, but keep my saturn but ths only if im like wanting to get something faster/start putting too much money into my saturn. bc it would just turn out to not be worth it.

@speacialperson12345 It is worth it for me, I'm so sick of the hondas out here where I live, they think they'r the shit. these guys throwe on decals and think it makes them faster, I've scene under the hoods of most of the civics out here and they don't have shit done to the engines, I'm tired of seeing AEM and DC stickers and no mods, And Momo when they don't have the momo seats/stearingwheel/wheels.

@speacialperson12345 I might be picking up a 240SX here within my next three paychecks. I found it driving home yesterday and stopped to talk to the owner, He was pretty cool, He just got a 300zx twin turbo and figured he doesn't need the 240 anymore, It's got the straght six five speed, so I fell in love with it at firt sight, needs some body work, but that can be fixed.

@kinnkilla2 oh, yea i like 240sx's, what year? oh nd i saw a 300zx for sale, was pretty beat though, it was 5grand and has the Twin Turbo 6cylinder engine in it, also a 5speed, but what i have really been looking at is GTI's, mainly the VR6 because 04 bodystyle R32's are hard to find, and i wont b able to afford either of the cars atm, im really just looking for shits and gigs. and i dont really like the newer R32's bc of no 6speed and theyr lots more money which i dnt have atm so i just look.

@speacialperson12345 The 240 was a 94 and it's in pretty good condition other then the minnor body damage but I like working on cars so it doesn't bother me one bit. I like the R32 and the VR4s. A good VW is the Borra VR4, looks like a Jetta. I wish I had the money to get one but as far as things go, it'll be a few years until I could ever afford one.

@kinnkilla2 yea, i was going to see if my dad could help me out with getting an R32, like finance it in his name and then i would make the payments and hopefully if i couldnt make them hed pay it then id give him the money, the only bad thing is if neither of us would pay the payment, then it hurts my dads credit and hed be mad at me, so i would, and am pretty sure as long as id keep a job, that i could make every payment on time, and wen im 18 id pay it in my name and get a co sign fro my dad.

@speacialperson12345 haha, yeah you could do that but trust me, you don't want to go that rout, get something simple at first and just go from there, My dad fucked his credit up hella doing that and now he can't get shit for a newer car,, and I had my 04 Subaru Impreza repode because I couldn't make the payments because I lost my job a few years back. All I have to say is hold back on that kind of stuff until you're at least like my age so you know you have a stable job.

gotta love it. i got a twin cam. that does 110 mph in 4th gear. i still have 5th left only the injectors cut out at that speed cause the speed limiter. nice car tho. mine looks just as good but i got the bumpers matching

thats y u do a lil magic with the wiring and signal generator, so the car thinks youre always going 10mph. that means u can rev past 4k when standing still, and u can go as fast as the engine will go. i got my 99 sw2 to 125, but then it kinda started wobbling (not the most aerodynamically stable car right now)

@munoz4415 ok, well, you get another speed sensor, and rig it up with a geared down motor so it creates the right signal (youre just gonna have to tinker till you get it right. then you hook that up to the car, and hook up the original sensor to a new ecu that you plug your speedometer into. its not too expensive, since you can get used ECUs for like $50, but a waste of time really.

Now thats what I'm talking bout. I hope I can get my Saturn looking that good. Guy I bought it from gave me an extra motor and tranny with it. along with anything else I would need from another identical one. But its nowhere near as nice as yours
