thanks brother for this song. but please please can u also upload the original video that goes with this song - from the movie i mean. Also i have a question was this song created before the Hindi version in the Movie -Anand - or was this created after as a reaction to the hindi version success. i understand that the hindi version was sung by another artist -Mukesh was it?

The bengali version came out many years before the movie Anand; the bengali song was recorded mid-1950 I think, and Anand came out in 1971. "Amay Prosno Kare" and "Shono kono ek din" were recorded together; they were not from any movie.

Here is the Hindi Version sung by Mukesh. The bengali version was earlier that the Hindi one. Even the story goes that Hemanta was upset that Salil Chowdhury had selected Mukesh to sing this one over him.
