It is absolutely everything you said. I make my living as a custodian and this product has made my life so much easier due to its functionality. I actually keep one collapsed and tucked into my backpocket and I use it more than anything on my custodial cart. I probably have this in my hand and am actually using it seven of the eight hours of my shift. THIS THING GETS ANYWHERE. I literally could not perform my job effectively without it.
