Melinda was never born in this future, she only exists in the future when Prue was alive. Watch the pictures in the series finale, if there was daughter she would be up there or she would have been mentioned in the sisters' monologues.
The girl would be Phoebe's daughter, even see a girl in Phoebe's vision of the future? There's also no daughter in the scene where their talking about their children; if Piper had one I'm sure she would have mentioned it.
