Ok I made this and it works just fine. I want to make a computer too, but what is this used for? I have no idea how a program counter works or why I need it for a CPU or what to hook it up too so please tell me how to use this.

Hook it up to a sequential decoder.

I was having lots of trouble with this and was about to give up, but then I threw a 4-tick pulse limiter on the clock and it worked wonders. I've implemented this in my microprocessor and it's 99% installed into my HACK computer.

What ended up being the problem?

@arkayblesses I ended up misplacing the repeater for the resetting system, because the wire ran out a bit too early as I thought it would be (forgot to count), thus resulting in that.

Yeah, I usually place a torch and let the game count for me :P 'cause I'm lazy.

Okay, so I've build this all in one go, but somehow, whenever I want to unpower the pistons, one always stays on, and i've got the exact same as you... How does this happen, and how do I fix this?
