I think it's a gimic for people to go to try it for themselves... the only reason gum has flavor is because of one or two different ingrediants in every flavor and the name of the flavor on the package. when the brain sees the flavor printed on the package, it expects the gum to taste that way. When there is no flavor name (like the mystery flavor) the brain usually refers back to the last known flavor it portrayed (blueberry, grape...) that is why it is different to everyone.
