I appreciate her effort but another useless interview. A quick blurb with no real substance. Since when is the news formatted like commercial breaks? Sad... just venting.
When was this done? B/c to my best knowledge Medical Marijuana is at present time a State Issue. The Federal Govt. no longer has any such jurisdiction (DEA) over MM Dispensers. As such they can no longer go in and confiscate patient documents and product. Now as to whether a State legalizes it, is just that, it's up to the state. MM is now legal in such states as California and state police do not have the jurisdiction to uphold federal law only state law and visa-versa (Idk how to spell that).
dude since Obama said that they have raided a MM shop in Cali they raided it last month sometime so you my friend are wrong about this since it was the DEA that did the raid look it up if u dont believe me
That is such a good point she made. Im a university student and Ive lived on res, and that is really unfair that alcohol restrictions are nowhere near as strict as marijuana restrictions.. Then again I live in Canada and I got caught smoking weed on res a whole bunch of times and they didnt even do anything lol.
