Evangeline was Cristian's angel. She rescued him from prison and believed in him when he didn't believe in himself. Cristian helped Evangeline through her blindess and loved her above all others. The story was beautiful and the actors had amazing chemistry. For a little while, the writers gave Evangeline the love she deserved. Daytime television is not the same without her.

I'm a JoVan fan but I can honestly say that I really think Evangeline was the only woman Cristian ever truly loved. I loved how David Fumero played opposite of Renee Goldsberry in their Crave relationship. Even back then he portrayed Cristian's emotions so deeply and so lovingly. He loved Vange out of her heartbreak with John & it was beautiful. This clip was very emotional & I give great props to David Fumero for portraying Cristian's emotions in this scene, so vulnerable, so real, and so raw.

@1lightqt Ur dead on point with the believing that Cristian ONLY truly loved Vange out of all the other women he's ever been involved with. Check out "Crave Clips - 163" where he's declaring that Evangeline is the ONLY women he's over loved more than anything or anyone IN HIS LIFE.

Thanks for posting. I am very sad OLTL pulled the plug on Evangeline. I will always love and cherish Cristian and Evangeline. They will always be my all time favorite soap opera couple. Oh, how I miss them so much. Watching this broke my heart too, and made me cry. I loved them so much. I always miss them, and I will never forget the beautiful love story that was Crave.
