It's funny, I never have seen so many videos about a cyclist done wrong by.

Mostly cyclists uploading these vids.

I don't see the trend of motorists driving aimlessly throughout the city just to film other drivers (with the confrontation).

Drive a car, save yourself the stress.

actually magnatom is correct this JUNCTION is hell! one car going the wrong way down this road nearly got me! and cycle free i was at a set of traffic lights i was lucky i didnt get hit. If you dont know this junction then you cant really comment about it either. even where magnatom passed the other cyclist thats another bad part of the road as cars come out from the left hand side and have to merge into the lanes to get down there. It was bad to watch this i could see him being hit :-o

Do you ever use the cycle track that runs along the canal mate? Glad you pulled him up anniesland cross is very dodgy if i'mn ot going straight across great western road i find it really confusing. 2nd busiest junction in europe I believe.

It certainly is a busy junction. The traffic lights were out of action this morning. Thank goodness it is Sunday. If that happened on a work day it would be chaos!

yes certaintly would be. TBH i think the traffic light system in this country is a joke. I've started paying more attention to their timings etc and its completly rubbish they cause so much congestion and stopping and starting. On great western road at the edrington group the traffic lights go red to let the lorries out when there is no lorries there!!

It's hard to tell from a video but it looked a reasonable jump to me. The cyclist clearly knew the junction well, he waited until the road was completely clear and trundled comfortably over. Generally it looked safer than staying back in the body of waiting traffic.

The red light jumping debate has split the cycling community for too long, it's time to move on I think.

I mean your putting your life at risk and it's only when you have an accident or someone dies people realise the danger but it's too late then.

So people lets not give car owners ammo, even if it seems safe to do so -- if everyone had that attitude (cars, bikes) then there would be more deaths.

I have commented in many of your videos and im glad to see that you are also showing how silly cyclists can be aswell as car drivers and also the fact you let him know it, i think if cyclists where more considerate to cars then it would also work the other way round, i know this junction very well as i live just off fulton street and traffic comes from all ways with drivers making illegal manouvers at times dosnt help.

It does appear that those people on bike (not cyclists) who go through red lack even the simplest understanding that what they do is wrong.
