Are elevators patched on PC? Btw. this is very easy without glitches. Put spectator to free and you can fly around and go even under map. :P

You cannot.

The Jesus cross is just scenery, not geometry. You can walk through Scenery (Grass, Bushes, that balcony on Kirachi)

Dport and I spent about 45 minutes tring to get there and it is not possible.
