The game was delayed for 12 minutes to clean blood off the pitch and he was in fear of having his leg completely amputated in hospital after (but he didn't). Peter Schmeichel, the goal keeper, vomited on the pitch and have to have counseling after seeing the injury. It is thought to be the worst injury in football ever. Thats what happened if anyone was wondering :)
