Mumdouh Habib was released due to the fact that the United States was being taken to court by Mumdouh Habib and Family.

The actual reason why he was released is because they had no actual reason for detaining him in the first place. This is FACT. Therefore, he is no Terrorist.

In all actuality, if someone labels him a "Terrorists", then this automatically deems that someone to be selfish, shallow minded and un-Australian. Isn't being Australian also about giving someone a "Fair Go"?

Think what ever you want about religion. Personally I think its outdated (as you do?), and to be honest quite dangerous.

You can't judge people based on it though. Especially people in the mid east. These people living in caves and stuff don't have the luxury of exposure to contemporary knowledge like us. Some are living like when the stuff was made up to explain the unexplainable. They don't know any better.
