If Kurt Hoffman had assaulted Eli Rivera in the courtroom, given him a brain concussion, and put him in a wheelchair....I think we would be hearing a different story here. If anyone is "Uncomfortable " here, it is Kurt Hoffman. The man is seriously hurt. He belongs in a hospital, not a jail cell.

And yet another video showing how no one in this collective band of bullies wants to discuss anything - but rather have a medium to unload their personal issues with police. This cop is being completely reasonable. Absolutely ridiculous that anyone would have thought it a good idea to go to someone's home like this. Christ - Dave Ridley pushes the panic button for a little old clueless lady doing a survey and you clowns camp in front of someone's house and thinks its okay.
"You call it your job" "sure don't make it rigth".. Keep making new laws .. Before to long you ,me and everyone else will not have anything esle to give. Just think about it..Please
Where did people get the idea that they have the right not to be offended? That's not a basic human right and it certainly isn't mentioned anywhere in our Constitution.
We had an Open Carry picnic in Lexington KY yesterday and afterward a woman told us that some people in the city park were uncomfortable, and said they had the right not to feel uncomfortable. She actually said that. We calmly and politely informed her that such a right exists no place and would be impossible to enforce.
This is brilliant. I've been trying to propose a similar idea, but the candlelight vigil just makes so much sense. Though it's kind of funny that the vigil was so threatening. And the request to not make things personal. I think this is key. One side is asking for things to be made personal, while they other just wants to do their "job".
This interaction seems to support the importance of the argument from morality as Stefan Molyneux presents it.
That enforcer was desperately trying to frame everything the vigil attendants were doing as bad. Even such innocuous things as knocking on a door, and trying to frame everything his organization does as good or at least morally neutral: "just doing our job." Even a brutal assault on a restrained man.
Kurt Hoffman, who was tackled by Rivera while handcuffed in a chair, and sent to the hospital with a neck injury. He's now in jail for 180 days because he asked burke to say "please" in the courtroom, and so didn't demonstrate the proper sniveling obsequiousness to his highness.
I am sorry if my frustration with these people is showing.
Lol, did that pig just say it was terrible that someone knocked on that criminals door? But he thinks its ok that the criminal inside puts people in a wheelchair. wow
it should read, "Activists confronted by MAFIA during candlelight vigil"

The police officers didn't make any arrests, which means that they knew that the people present weren't breaking any laws....

Yeah, how DARE they hold a vigil outside the home of a dangerous, violent, criminal. These people are outrageous!

You should hold a bunch of candles outside a fellow activist's house and see if every cop on duty doesn't show up to make that person feel safe.

Why are you speaking to the police, lawyers and police likewise have repetitively said not to speak to the police.

Cops do "knock and talk" operations, the hypocrisy here is ridiculous.

This is why I need to move to NH. How awesome would it be to not be the only one that believes in freedom?
