@drumhitter94 There is no 'neutral' or central city in cataclysm, i think they are trying to bring back Stormwind and Orgrimmar as the main city's.

Right now in the beta you can either fly there from the coastline (it will pop up with a fatigue bar) or you can pick up a quest in the major cities that will lead you there. In Org. you can get a quest that will lead you to a boat that will start the questline for you. If you fly there, it appears that no quests are available so you can really only look around.
