Ghost is OP but the FAMAS, Gaylil, and 74u are perfectly balanced. Sure.
Ghost isn't OP... especially when not pro. Ghost can be used in a bitch way, but bitches will always be bitches. Campers will camp, no matter what. If they don't use Ghost, they'll use Flak Jacket to camp without fear of grenades.
An overpowered weapon, on the other hand, is OP: period. No "bitch" way to use a bitch weapon. Using it for all your kills makes you a bitch unwilling to exercise skill to get kills.

@SeriousSlasher I just wanted to add that this combo existed in MW2 as well, and was a favorite of mine for Highrise and Vacant. Sleight of Hand Pro/Cold Blooded Pro/Ninja Pro with a silenced UMP was a very lethal combination in close quarters maps with good flank routes.

Im not saying that people who us ghost are always going to be camping. Im just saying that perks that counter/mimic killstreaks defeat the purpose of having that killstreak reward. Killstreaks shouldn't be countered by perks. Killstreaks should only be countered by rockets, bullets and lethal things that actually destroy the killstreak. And if u thinkg the uav'd be too powerful just make it swipe every 5 seconds for 40 seconds, instead of a swipe every 3 seconds for 30 seconds.
treyarch should make it so if you get a pro perk, you should gain something and lose something example: you get ghost pro and your invisible to killstreaks except the blackbird, but maybe your footsteps could be louder than usual. There is 3 pitches of footsteps, without ninja- loud, ninja- medium, ninja pro, none so if you use ghost pro nd ninja pro you have medium footsteps instead of none and ghost pro completetely. just an idea if that makes sense to you
I hope that in mw3 they make it so that you have to take out your knife before you can knife the enemy, instead of this unrealistc bullshit in Blops. @wWMickeyDogWw I use Ghost Pro and I'm about to Get Ninja Pro to go with it ,but I don't camp every game. Only when needed. With those two, I can run around the map, not all out in the open but it's easier to run around without worrying about someone hearing me coming a mile away.

@famplak It's called Stopping power. Black Ops has no stopping power, MW2 did. Hence, more people in Black Ops use the steath perk as they don't have to give up extra bullet damage.

@fiendfrank You see that is what the average player would think. lvl 50 14th prestige, havnt unlocked ghost yet. I havnt even unlocked any launchers yet, why? Because spy planes are not that good, they have a delay time, and I hardly find them a threat. The normal ghost perk, I will admit, is fine! The pro perk, is insanely cheap. If I get 11 kills in a row, I think I deserve something other than 3 kills and a broken controller. TOTAL stealth with no side effects, totally overpowered.
I think Ghost is a very overused perk and that the other Blue Perks are just as good as it. I think that Ghost is only fit for 3 roles: Anti-Aircraft, Sniping, and Stealth. Anti-Aircraft and Sniping are suited for any playlist, but Stealth is only needed for Search&Destroy. I think many people dislike Ghost because the style of play many of its users chose. Many Ghost users are corner campers who are sitting in dark regions with Motion Sensors. Others are stupid and use Ghost for everything.
let me put this simply for all you ghost haters... ghost is the only counter the the most used perk in the game spy plane, now think about whitch one ghost or spy plane is more realistic... you wanna be able to know where someone is based on a tiny plane that appears after 2-3 kills and i want to remain unseen. but u can always use black bird , get the 8 kills and you can see every1... seriously ppl there are worse things in this game

Got ghost pro yesterday after buying it and giving it a shot. Took me about 15 matches of destroying spy planes to get it but i can say it was worth it. Too bad I prestige again in 5 more levels lol. Ghost Pro + Ninja + silenced shotgun = Enemies worst nightmare

@Wulfgar1981 I agree 100%. I got ghost pro but I went back to hardline pro in 3 matches. Id rather double tap an ammo crate to get an attack helicopter,chopper gunner/gunship, dogs,valkyries, rolling thunder, or sentry gun, than to become invisible and camp like a pussy. Scavenger you resupply yourself with ammo, grenades, claymores, etc and it keeps you alive. I think they should make a patch to where if you have ghost pro, you can't use silencers, warlord, motion sensors, or jammers.
Stealth is only really useful for larger maps in TDM or S&D, or in selective situations in objective based games. A good player adapts their style of play to the situation, so this setup is not the 'best' in the game at all. Try using this setup to defend a bomb site and you'll see what I mean. I'm not hating on Ghost, I use it maybe about 50% of the time and have gotten some of my best ever games using it, my point is its not the 'ultimate class' because it still has a ton of weaknesses.

People with Ghost don't bother me. In fact, I like going against them, because it helps me become more focused in sighting targets. Plus, it's funny as shit when you get a blackbird, because they all start scurrying about like crazy trying to get away from a minute long onslaught. But the only ones that truly DO bother me are the ones that tend to stay inside corners for no apparent reason, especially inside a spawn point.

Because killstreaks do not earn you other killstreaks in Black Ops, Ghost should not be in it. If killstreaks did earn other killstreaks, then it would be acceptable because it limits the power of those killstreaks.

ghost is the same as cold blooded...u guys need to stop crying. any rusher can easily flush out a camper (ghost or not). if you suck, then you get killed. turn up your sensitivity ok, campers are slow to the uptake and have low sens so if you go in fast on a corner you can cap em. if you suck then..just use ghost yourself. also, ghost is also a rush class = dahgame360

Yeah Treyarch are pretty stupid not doing anything about ghost. I mean, first they 'weaken' the ak74u and famas, which in my opinion were rushers and/or objective based weapons till the ghost kiddies whined too much of it being 'overpowered'. BITCH PAALEEEAASEE! overpowered my ass! the only bitch overpowered son of a bitch perk in this game is ghost and that is exactly why all the games are alot slower paced than previous cod games. when ghost/ninja is used like the guy in the vid, its good gameplay and theres no argument against it. However when its used so people sit in a bush/corner shoot someone then move to another corner, games going to timelimit, thats a different story. If everyone plays this way there is NO game to play as it is incredibly dull and frustrating,

With enemies popping out spy planes all the time Ghost is a must. Overpowered?? No way. And the Ghost/Ninja combo leaves out hacker so you'll still show up on motion sensors and run into claymores. GHOST IS NOT OVERPOWERED.

@fiendfrank You see that is what the average player would think. lvl 50 14th prestige, havnt unlocked ghost yet. I havnt even unlocked any launchers yet, why? Because spy planes are not that good, they have a delay time, and I hardly find them a threat. The normal ghost perk, I will admit, is fine! The pro perk, is insanely cheap. If I get 11 kills in a row, I think I deserve something other than 3 kills and a broken controller. TOTAL stealth with no side effects, totally overpowered.

I think Ghost is a very overused perk and that the other Blue Perks are just as good as it. I think that Ghost is only fit for 3 roles: Anti-Aircraft, Sniping, and Stealth. Anti-Aircraft and Sniping are suited for any playlist, but Stealth is only needed for Search&Destroy. I think many people dislike Ghost because the style of play many of its users chose. Many Ghost users are corner campers who are sitting in dark regions with Motion Sensors. Others are stupid and use Ghost for everything.

let me put this simply for all you ghost haters... ghost is the only counter the the most used perk in the game spy plane, now think about whitch one ghost or spy plane is more realistic... you wanna be able to know where someone is based on a tiny plane that appears after 2-3 kills and i want to remain unseen. but u can always use black bird , get the 8 kills and you can see every1... seriously ppl there are worse things in this game

As well as a ghillie suit, no red crosshairs or name... seriously, that is overdoing it! Treyarch have taken cold-blooded, added a suit that only snipers should have, taken away all competition, and made almost all killstreaks useless... ghost pro is OP, and encourages camping!

Got ghost pro yesterday after buying it and giving it a shot. Took me about 15 matches of destroying spy planes to get it but i can say it was worth it. Too bad I prestige again in 5 more levels lol. Ghost Pro + Ninja + silenced shotgun = Enemies worst nightmare

I also wish to god they'd get shut of second chance too. Just as bad as ghost, and you get people who use both. I go mental when someone who kills me has ghost and second chance on. I think at the very least they should patch ghost so you can't use a silencer with it. What do you think?

Id rather double tap an ammo crate to get an attack helicopter,chopper gunner/gunship, dogs,valkyries, rolling thunder, or sentry gun, than to become invisible and camp like a pussy. Scavenger you resupply yourself with ammo, grenades, claymores, etc and it keeps you alive. I think they should make a patch to where if you have ghost pro, you can't use silencers, warlord, motion sensors, or jammers.

Stealth is only really useful for larger maps in TDM or S&D, or in selective situations in objective based games. A good player adapts their style of play to the situation, so this setup is not the 'best' in the game at all. Try using this setup to defend a bomb site and you'll see what I mean. I'm not hating on Ghost, I use it maybe about 50% of the time and have gotten some of my best ever games using it, my point is its not the 'ultimate class' because it still has a ton of weaknesses.

People with Ghost don't bother me. In fact, I like going against them, because it helps me become more focused in sighting targets. Plus, it's funny as shit when you get a blackbird, because they all start scurrying about like crazy trying to get away from a minute long onslaught. But the only ones that truly DO bother me are the ones that tend to stay inside corners for no apparent reason, especially inside a spawn point.

I respect you more for being a ghost rusher, at least you dont contribute to one of the main problems in black ops, however it is still annoying to put up with. Because the perk is so good, I guess most people wont care if it OP, but to those who want to own in gunships, it is annoying to know that it will likely be shot down in 10 seconds and get 2 kills at most. Because killstreaks do not earn you other killstreaks in Black Ops, Ghost should not be in it. If killstreaks did earn other killstreaks, then it would be acceptable because it limits the power of those killstreaks.
