Why do these elitist mutha fukkas keep saying/diagnosing things like chronic depression, and mental disabilities as diseases- people wouldn't have these problems and issues with their mental and emotional health if they would stop poisoning our, food, water & air supply and stop pushing legal dope via the physicians, clinics & public service venues.
To see how well govt managed healthcare has been for the past like 50 60 years, ask urself where the fuck all the charitable clinics are? and how much does each operation or procedure cost? good luck finding out the answer to these questions
My advice to the suicidal is turn the knife on your attackers. Be strong, and remember there is a special place in hell for anyone who places their well being on the size of their purse or the state of their finances, while turning their back on you.
The day is coming, and it is not that far away, when the great amoung you will fall, and it will be a great fall. Be patient.
These Republicans have no concept of being poor or middle class, having no health insurance, and then having a chronic condition like depression or cancer.
Broun is an idiot. People who are seriously ill need to be able to see the same doctor on a regular basis. The emergencey room only provides pain control in those circumstances and the taxpayers foot the bill. With the public option not only can they get the care they need but in most cases they will also be contributing to the cost of that care which will be far less than a visit to the ER. Republicans are so STUPID.
The PUBLIC OPTION is not dead! Make your calls and tell them you demand they use the RECONCILIATION option! If you need the numbers I have them on my profile. I also have several petitions you can sign in the comment section. Together we can do this.
Hey Broun, he just told you that he went to the emergency room was forced into some type of psychiatric hospital after which he was allowed to leave with a prescription he could not pay for.
So you then come back and suggest he go to the emergency room that he just told you failed him. Competent?
I've been waiting for the GOP health care plan, now I know. 47 million Americans can go to the free clinics, now that's real reform. And all those with pre-existing conditions who are rejected by insurance companies, can fall in line. Politicians never cease to amaze me.
If indeed you treated people for free then perhaps your time is best spent in these endeavors and not in the political sector doing the bidding of your corporate overlord$.
No... he's not stating that there are "places to go for free." He routinely throughout the town hall made it clear that health care is (in his words) "too expensive." The problem is his plan doesn't really ensure that anyone will go without health care because it's just a bunch of libertarian free market mumbo jumbo about how tax cuts and competition will drive down the cost of health care.
He only said "uh" one time. Stop spinning this for what it isn't. He was stating that the emergency room is the most expensive and that there are places to go for free.
Turns out the asshole has been lying about being a MD. He never had a residency and was never board certified!

@borjon23 At the end of the day, Obama did what his corporate masters told him to do. Sad isn't it?

Maybe Paul Broun can get that Republicanism cured at the emergency room.
