It was a building being torn down, and I`m sure command had a report of this, so why not reduce speed and reduce all unneccesary risk for a pile of ruble going nowhere. I know if my command officers let it go this far, they`de be reprimanded for it.

At The Time Of This Call It Was Not Known The Circumstances OF The Fire. All That Was Known Was That It Was The Same Structure That Burnt A Month Or 2 Before This Fire.
