my pure bred black lab has this...after 10 min of running and fetch her back legs become wobbly and she cant stand and keeps falling over and then can't get up...she also has bad allergies to wheat, and other random substances, and she gets ear infections....its a lot of work to care for her but she is the hapiest most loving dog i have ever seen, she is in great shape and she always wants to be retrieving something...and she is highly excitable
I'm sorry to see this video of your pup having a hard time with her rear end. Please be sure to contact her breeder if you haven't already, and to have her tested through the University of Minnesota to ensure the diagnosis is accurate. Has she been tested for CNM as well?
