@Nikoz7Makaveli The upbeat chords being played are from a keyboard of some sort,more than likely a 60's model electric piano (being that this track was recorded sometime between 1963-70),but with the 70's came synths, which The Wailer's keyboard player(s) soon adopted. The rhythm guitar is also widely used to play this upbeat riddim, which was Bob's contribution to The Wailers, other than vocals. Did that answer your question?
