Instead of using shot glasses you could use plastic condiment holders. They come with lid and it are wide enough to get the jello out.

they work far better in paper shot glasses. you can just use a toothpick and separate the jelly from the sides of the cup. and then just squeeze the shot into your mouth.

I'd suggest spraying just a tad bit of non-stick spray in the shot glasses or molds before putting in the gelatin liquid in. It would make it slide out more easily so you wouldn't have to use a fork like those two did at the end :)

CAN I JUST RECOMMEND: paper shot classes. They will hold up fine even though its warm and you can buy them in 250 packs on ebay for like 8 dollars...

The thing with those glasses though, is that you can push it at the bottom so the jelly goes out easier :) so you wont have to we be standing there at your party with a spoon and a shot glass...

Be careful with adding the booze into the boiling water - alcohol's boiling point is only 78.6 degrees as opposed to water's 100 degrees, so you don't want to evaporate any of the alcohol.

Yes, tear small pieces of cling film about 3cm by 3cm and put it on top of the shot glasses, then push the middle of the film into the glass. when you pouring the mix get someone to hold the edges of the film. when theyve set you can just pick up the edges of the cling film and peel it of and place the jellies back into the glasses butt hey will not be stuck. also if your using plastic shot glasses you wont need to do this you can just squeeze the sides of the plastic and they will rise out.

TIP: if you use plastic shot glasses, (after solidified) poke a hold in the bottom of the shot glass, this way you can suck out the jello easier. OR if you are feeling frisky, have someone else blow the shot into your mouth.
