@xhorxhbush There really isn't a norm at that age as long as he is not too fat or his ribs are excessively showing. Some Dogues grow extremely fast certain months and slow down in others. Your Dogue will grow up until 2.5-3 years old. Even if he is on the smaller side, my bet he will be well into the 100+lb range. Slow growth is so important with this breed. Genetics determine their overall adult size. You can rush their growth by increasing protien but likely with major health problems.
@indianascott1 I don't know, he could be in the 80lb range. It's so hard to tell from video. But I hear ya. Big dogs like Rotties and Mastiffs are notorious for owners exaggerating their weight. That is why the videos of my Dogue's weight are done at my vet's office.
@indianascott1 I bet that dog could easily be in the 80-85 lb range (even without your dick being 2 feet). I have a 7 1/2 month old DDB that is 103 lbs. My dog doesn't look so much bigger than the one in this video, he isn't at all fat (in fact other ddb owners say he looks really trim). I think you could cut this guy some slack, I agree that a lot of big dog owners exaggerate their dogs weight but your reaction is a bit over the top.
