i hate diets. they are unhealthy and will never work in the long run. during diets your body changes its metabolism rate so it is lowered to conserve energy. this means that when you start eating again or eating unhealthy foods again they are metabolized slowly and the weight will come back. want to loss weight - do exercise. better yet, don't loss weight, just be healthy and happy.
