A waste of time and money. If you want a phonograph you can buy a real original one for about €500. Or make one yourself that is much better than this. Just surf for info - scientific american phonograph - for plans.

In my opinion, this little piece of junk should NOT have Edison's name anywhere near it for a myriad of reasons, least of which the lateral-cut stylus. Even as a toy, it's an abomination; a hodge-podge of different types of phonographs.

Agreed. Tried one of these myself. They don't work at all. A disgrace to the Edison name.
