John's more down to earth & thoughtful, but he's had a hard time finding himself in the Rock 'n Roll context: part of it is so incredibly right for his character, but other aspects are like screaming at the Pacific Ocean, and hoping it'll notice.
Saw them at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Maryland last night, they were great. Met Simon, he was really nice, kinda funny when he broke his champagne glass backstage... Thanks Craig Duffy! The kraftwerk-like section of the show was really cool.
Fair play to you JOhn.and Roger...straight forward...admitting their age and being gentlemen...these guys are legends at the end of the day....maraiah Carey et all...take a page from their book
