@involverrrrr thats an awesome product! im taking it, mixes well and has no side effects. highly recommend it. has no fillers and is a fast-release whey protein! :)
I just randomly found this video searching for information on the differences of isolate and concentrate (results being much as I expected), and I thought I'd comment about your description box:
It is extremely nice to see people suggesting using raw cocoa and stevia with their protein instead of using the normal aspartame that comes in big-name proteins these days. I bought a big 10 lbs. bag of Isolate at Now Foods along with some stevia and raw cocoa powder and it is delicious.
Berries are great, but not for muscle glycogen due to the fact they are predominantly fructose which would only be used and stored by the liver and not so much the muscle cells. You dont need carbs/glycogen to transport protein apart from post workout when carbs with your WPI are perfect.
how do you mix this?

i was thinking of gettin WPI having one serving with a bannana(for the carbs) with it for pre workout shake
then post- one serving WPI with dextrose, at a 1:4 ratio
is this adequete or should i be combining with glutamine and BCAA's PWO
dirtbikerpro 1 year ago
@dirtbikerpro Sounds like a good plan and is adequate! The BCAAs and Glutamine would just boost it even further.
ProfessionalWhey 1 year ago
@dirtbikerpro wpc is probably healthier. it contans cyctein, not cystine but a healthier version.
wpc has other benefits i beive to be better for your body. research & compare

Are you a whey protein manufacturer or a company that sells protein? What are your prices per lb if you are a manufacturer?

i just got 14 year old, am i to young to use wpc or wpi???
TheUno600 2 years ago
If you are only 14 i would focus on whole nutrient dense foods such as eggs, meat, fish, nuts and cream.....before supplementing with protein.

kb826062871 1 year ago
@kb826062871 Yes thats fine - just get some carbs in there with your 1 scoop of whey protein post workout.

@ProfessionalWhey what do you suggest putting in for the carbs?
is used berries for the glycogen to help transport the protein, ive only heard of this, is it correct?

Its should say
5 Keep marketing, advertising and packaging costs to a minimum.

Glad you like it.
Here's some hints of what I try to do:
1 Know your stuff
2 Be helpful and concise
3 Care about what people are consuming
4 Only offer high quality products that work
5 Keep marketing, advertising and packaging to a minimum.
Hope that helps
