  • how do you mix this?

  • i heard somewhere that the fat in WPC consists of a mix of CLA and MCT's

  • i heard somewhere that the fat in WPC consists of a mix of CLA and MCT's

  • great service i ordered this WPC from Professional whey 8.15am received 2.00pm same day , you dont get better than that!!

  • very well said presentation straight to the point

  • Nice explanation. Thanks!

  • so 100% golden standart from optimal nutrition is no good?

  • @involverrrrr thats an awesome product! im taking it, mixes well and has no side effects. highly recommend it. has no fillers and is a fast-release whey protein! :)

  • Hmm video actually helped with proper info in 1min.

  • i was thinking of gettin WPI having one serving with a bannana(for the carbs) with it for pre workout shake

then post- one serving WPI with dextrose, at a 1:4 ratio

is this adequete or should i be combining with glutamine and BCAA's PWO

  • @dirtbikerpro Sounds like a good plan and is adequate! The BCAAs and Glutamine would just boost it even further.

  • @dirtbikerpro wpc is probably healthier. it contans cyctein, not cystine but a healthier version.

wpc has other benefits i beive to be better for your body. research & compare

  • Are you a whey protein manufacturer or a company that sells protein? What are your prices per lb if you are a manufacturer?

  • I just randomly found this video searching for information on the differences of isolate and concentrate (results being much as I expected), and I thought I'd comment about your description box:

It is extremely nice to see people suggesting using raw cocoa and stevia with their protein instead of using the normal aspartame that comes in big-name proteins these days. I bought a big 10 lbs. bag of Isolate at Now Foods along with some stevia and raw cocoa powder and it is delicious.

  • how many time should i drink that?

  • i just got 14 year old, am i to young to use wpc or wpi???

  • If you are only 14 i would focus on whole nutrient dense foods such as eggs, meat, fish, nuts and cream.....before supplementing with protein.

  • @ProfessionalWhey how'bout if i am nearly 16? I've tried whey protein before.

  • @kb826062871 Again at that age focus on whole foods!! Only time you should have some if you are gonna is post workout!!

  • @ProfessionalWhey

ya, i just take 1 scoop post workout, also i eat 6-7 meals a day, and seperate diet, is that enough?

  • @kb826062871 Yes thats fine - just get some carbs in there with your 1 scoop of whey protein post workout.

  • @ProfessionalWhey what do you suggest putting in for the carbs?

is used berries for the glycogen to help transport the protein, ive only heard of this, is it correct?

  • @ktmrider117

Berries are great, but not for muscle glycogen due to the fact they are predominantly fructose which would only be used and stored by the liver and not so much the muscle cells. You dont need carbs/glycogen to transport protein apart from post workout when carbs with your WPI are perfect.

  • Its should say

5 Keep marketing, advertising and packaging costs to a minimum.

  • Glad you like it.

Here's some hints of what I try to do:

    1 Know your stuff

    2 Be helpful and concise

3 Care about what people are consuming

4 Only offer high quality products that work

5 Keep marketing, advertising and packaging to a minimum.

    Hope that helps
