Dude, are you seeing a doctor on a regular basis? I just remember how the guy who did super size me scared his doctors, because his blood pressure, blood sugar, etc were getting so out of whack. the scary thing is, they discovered his liver function was getting out of whack, & he was actually damaging his liver, in the same way alcoholics do, by creating fatty deposits which eventually lead to damage of the liver. He saw this effect in 30 days, don't know what damage your doing to yourself.

What I think is really interesting is that even though you didn't necessarily gain weight this week, you actually LOOK a little bigger. I think your body is saying wtf and trying to figure out where to put the pounds you've piled on. In particular, your belly and chest definitely look a little bigger. So change is still happening, whether it's immediately visible to you or not.
I'm already skinny, so I guess while you start losing weight, I'll try to gain muscle lol actually, I'll start working out tonight to get a head start :p but great job so far, can't wait to see you become healthy again. :)
You know what else is probably happening? Whether you gain or lose weight your body starts settling at a certain weight and cutting you off to a point. You're body is probably trying to tell you that even with all the eating that you do it doesn't want to get any bigger and will start maintaining or losing a few for no apparent reason. I've seen it happen when I gain and I lose weight it is kind of weird but it seems like my body has a range and a cutoff for the losing and gaining end.
I'm assuming at the level of fitness you started with your metabolism was high which made it harder. Due to you not being used to the flavor of junk food and your body not being used to processing it I'm sure your stomach has been kind of upset about it too. Normal fat people got to your size with regular bad habits and built up that weight over years and don't eat nearly what you do. Even with a metabolism as horrible as mine that amount of gain is a lot of work and I think you did well.
@fit2fat2fit Hey my health teacher today showed us some of your videos to show that its not impossible to go from fat to eating healthy and getting the right exercise and so i wanted to look at more because i am suprised of how you can do this. And also we were upset that you couldnt finish the rest of that brownie and win the t-shirt and you picture on the wall lol.
