He was still getting used to singing with vocal nodules, so his voice was pretty unstable throughout the tour! By late 1977, his voice was stable enough to overcome the nodules!

I don't know what it is about Freddie's late 1975-1976 voice, but it just sounds like he's trying a bit too hard. It seems like he's really fighting fatigue and his nodules, and it's one of the few times he can't seem to find the note. Anyone else noticed that as well?
