this baby has a arlequin syndrome, genetic condition. His skin has some genetic mutation and looks like in video. This red thing is not eyes, but eyelid which is full of blood. Under them are normal eyes. Baby has really small chance to survive (5-10%). Sorry for my english

This baby is a "Harlequin"baby-I've read of a few that survive.I'd love to speak French and know what they were saying...that baby's mouth needed suctioning before it sucks fluid into it's lungs and dies of pneumonia-maybe that was their goal.
