belive me, this is also a great speed up:

1 Download Cheat Engine.

2 when you have installed Cheat Engine, launch it and click the blinking icon to choose a program, Choose Utorrent

3 Tick Enable speed hack

4 drag the speed bar to 0,5 (If you go past 0,5 this wont work, and the program might crash)

5 click apply
