OK, so you have 2 glasses with spigots in the bottom connected by a hose. You fill one up with with water and open the spigot so the water flows to the empty glass. Stand back and look at the glasses and they will both be half full. So tecnically you can haf fill one glass with another and half charge one iPod with another. Personally if I had all this hardware handy I would use a wall plug and a charger but that is just me, I would also plug them in the opposite order and take half as long.

This only works because the iPod is able to transfer a small amount of energy and which in this case is enough energy to be able to slightly charge the shuffle. Nothing fancy here.

@REXX98EXTREME I'm very sorry to hear that. As I said in my video, iPod touches, iPhones and any iPod made after 2006 probably won't work. My iPod touches never shorted out or anything like that when I connected them though.

No. The Camera Connector does not connect to the iPod shuffle, and the Camera connector is what allows battery life to be leeched from one device to the other.

What you do is you connect your ipod to the usb port and then go to my computer and then you see an ipod D right click on that and then there should be somthing to disconnect the ipod then its charging. If you need more info find it on google it will tell you well it told me lolz
